Presentation Guidelines
All accepted papers will be presented during the parallel sessions of Heritechne 2026. Please read the following instructions carefully before preparing your presentation.

Language
English — defaultAll presentations must be prepared and delivered in English. Slides must always be in English.
Italian — at the chair’s discretionThe session chair may authorise delivery in Italian if all attendees in the room are Italian speakers.Slides must remain in English regardless of the spoken language.
Instructions
Arrive earlyBe in the session room at least 10 minutes before your session to upload slides and check equipment.
Time limits strictly enforcedThe chair will signal at 2 minutes remaining and will interrupt presentations exceeding the slot.
Author registration requiredAt least one author per paper must be registered and present at the conference.

Official Heritechne 2026 PowerPoint Template
The use of the official template is mandatory for all presentations. It ensures visual consistency and includes the required conference branding.
Authors unable to use the template must declare their reasons in advance by writing to conference@heritechne.it. Presentations deviating without authorisation may not be accepted for projection.
