Paper Submission
The submission and review process will be managed through the ConfTool platform.

Templates
Accepted papers will be published in the Springer Lecture Notes / Conference Proceedings series and will be
indexed in Scopus. Authors must prepare their manuscripts using the official
Springer conference paper templates (Word or LaTeX versions available below). Please do not modify the formatting
and layout defined in the templates.
Full Paper Submission Instructions
- Papers must be prepared using Microsoft Word or LaTeX, according to the Springer templates provided above.
- All papers must be written in English and have a maximum length of 10 pages, including abstract, illustrations, and references.
- The paper will undergo a double-blind review. Please remove author names, affiliations, and contact details in the version submitted for review.
- Each paper must include an abstract (about 200 words) and 3 to 5 keywords separated by colons.
- At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the paper at the conference.
The final accepted and presented papers will be included in the official conference proceedings published by
Springer and indexed in Scopus.
